   Excellent cafe with a good range of choice. I came here for breakfast and it cost us £16 for two which in today’s money is quite fair since we had big breakfasts. Staff were polite and friendly. Providing a fast service. The food was of good quality and was very tasty. Plenty of seating to choose from and a free large car park outside.

   Two of us ordered a large portion of fish and chips. We're allowed only 3 packets of condiments each and a warning that we will be charged if we needed more! The cafe was not busy, yet we waited about hour for it to arrive and it was luck warm. Chips were soggy, fish was greesy, dry and rubbery and pea mash stodgy. The place was so cold that after a few bites we had to eat everything cold and I was freezing. The whole experience was awful. This cafe is simply not fit for purpose. Council food standard service should close it!

   Went for a breakfast & it was lovely. However I looked at the poster on the wall telling staff what to do in a food preparation area. Hair fully covered with hair net & hat (hats worn but not 1 staff member had a hair net on) No jewellery apart from plain wedding band ( staff member with rings on, watches & bracelets) No eating, drinking or chewing gum (staff drinking out a water bottle behind counter) Maybe a food hygiene refresher could be in order.

   Visited here a couple of days ago. We ordered 3 jacket potatoes. The girl on the till said I don’t think we have any left. She checked, and said yes we have. We sat down, & were served very quickly. All 3 potatoes were very brown on the inside & didn’t look or taste right. I spoke to the girl who served us & she apologised & offered us a free drink. I explained that we had already got drinks. She said that she hadn’t cooked them, and left it at that. After we had done our shopping, I went to the customer service desk & we were given a full refund. The potatoes were very obviously old & should not have been served. Very disappointing.

   Tables not cleared, had to wait to pay while 2 staff held a conversation behind the counter completely ignoring customers. The till was finally attended by a young girl who was great but appeared to be covering till, clearing tables, bringing out food orders, refilling condiments stand and clearing tables on her own while the other 2 were chatting. Very disappointed as this used to be really good service and not reliant on one member of staff to do everything

   Went in for a quick lunch, selected food only to be told " haven't got that, haven't got this, went to look at the menu to select something else , the woman on the till was huffing and puffing at me. Eventually selected our food and drinks and sat down, the coffee was nearly cold. Went back for a replacement, she simply said " the machine is at a preset temperature, I said yes but it's nearly cold, she said oh just put some hot water in it, ridiculous and so rude, they couldn't be bothered. Will not be returning,

   What a disappointment, the food was disgusting & presentation was not much better. The woman who served the food to our table was surly & couldnt wait to get away. They had no mayo, it is situated in a supermarket for goodness sake. Go to the shelf and get some. The coleslaw is not coleslaw at all it is very dry mass produced slivers of carrots & cabbage, neither I nor my partner could eat it as we both found it so dry & struggled to swallow it. Chips were ok, burger was really foul & inedible. You used to do so much better Morrisons.
