2. Close To Tears A Tribute To Tears For Fears ★★★★★

   I meet with a friend most Wednesday mornings for a catch up, a drink and some breakfast. We couldn’t imagine going anywhere else other than Le Cafe @ Glebe Farm. We like the whole experience but it’s certainly made better by the wonderful staff. Special mention to Darcie who is definitely a real asset to the team there …. Love you guys xxx

   After reading a recent review we were very apprehensive about our visit to the farm and lunch in the Cafe. I am so glad we proceeded to visit, I can only imagine the person who left the bad review was somewhat at fault themselves. The Cafe was quite busy and the staff were fantastic, very happy and helpful. Although we had a slight wait on food, as is expected when its busy it was worth the wait.... fresh, hot and tasty. Thank you to all the Staff & Management in the Le Cafe at Glebe Farm

   My 3-year-old son and I visited Glebe Farm for the first time today and absolutely loved the farm itself. Unfortunately, our experience at Le Café was extremely disappointing. We waited 30 minutes for our food, only to find out they had lost our order. She told us we'd have to wait another 10 minutes, which I accepted, but I politely asked if they could offer a small discount given the delay, especially since my young son was getting very hungry. They refused. I then requested a full refund but asked if they could still serve my son his meal and cancel mine. At that point, the chef who I believe is the owner came out and shouted at me. I was completely shocked by how I was spoken to. In the end, they gave my son his food and refunded me in full, but I had nothing to eat and just picked at a few of his chips. The coffee I had tasted very nice but their overall customer service was incredibly poor, and the staff all looked miserable. It was a really unpleasant experience, and I won’t be returning to that awful cafe again!

   The food and staff are nice... the owner isn't! The way she speaks to staff is horrific, making one close to tears infront of a full cafe. We checked on the staff member as she was visibly upset. When the owner delivered our items, we addressed it with her in which her reply was 'listen, we're busy and she's made a lot of mistakes today'. Disgusting.
