Came just before peak time (Saturday) for brunch - great swift service with print refreshments. Coffee was good , well balanced wolfox blend. Pancakes with maple syrup and streaky bacon were delicious and well presented. The eggs Benedict was perfectly cooked (think molten yolks!) - tasty hollandaise and quality smoked salmon. Happily recommended!
A real gem, Wolfox is known for their coffee and their restaurant is definitely a good choice. I have to call out the staff who were so good and we felt like VIPs with the level of service. The food was amazing all round, there was a lot of passing food around so that we could share in the fun. I would recommend sitting inside as there are quite a few buskers outside which can be quite distracting.
This place is beautiful, but there is an ego stuck waitress working there. I asked her to rinse my wine glass before pouring the wine and she told me it’s clean. I’m very cautious about lint and dog hair since dogs dine in these restaurant. I thought that this was rude behavior. The manager is very nice and accommodating like the rest of the staff. I will not go back here though. I was sick after wine & dessert here. Wine tasted like it was opened awhile ago.
Great gluten free options - I had the calamari to start, and the beef cheek for main. Staff were friendly and attentive, especially when it came to allergies. I’d definitely go back the next time I’m in Brighton!
Lovely place, quite the key location, delicious food! They have a very nice section outside of the restaurant as well as in. However there are quite a few points for improvement. The menu is quite limited not many choices whatsoever. Also some of the items were not reflected on the menu such as wines - but you could get one of you ask … quite confusing. They staff were nice, but a little bit slow. The portions of the dishes were very small for the price paid. I had the farmer’s breakfast and I was expecting it to be a little bit larger in side. My friends shared the same views.
Visited this place on two occasions during our stay. The first was for breakfast/brunch, where I had an amazing stack of pancakes with maple syrup and bacon! The second was a coffee and (vegan) pastry which was again really good. Both times, the coffee was excellent. Highly recommended!
Outstanding Restaurant I had the pleasure of dining here on a Friday evening. The first thing I was so impressed with the menu great choices for vegetarian and meat consumers alike. I started with scalops which I shared with my girlfriend and the portion was ample for two. Then I had pork belly. My girlfriend had the beef. Every mouthful of food was absolutely superb. The staff are friendly helpful and proactive. Even the drinks were first class. I cannot wait to return. Not overpriced too
