   Literally useless as a pharmacy. Often out of stock and worst of all can’t seem to dispense items correctly. Forgotten items left in fridge to items left out the back. Never an apology just an excuse that they’re busy. Other pharmacies never have this issue. Honestly, go around the corner to Dye’s, they are 100 times better!

   It's never open at 9am as it says on the opening times. I left at 9:10am as it was clear they weren't opening soon (lights off etc). Change the opening times to half 9 if you need to. At least your customers would know how long to wait.

   Strange that out of all the Lloyds I have gone to over the years that this one has a purchase limit of no more than 4 of the same item. Pretty stupid if you want to buy a years supply of vitamins and they come in packs of 30 days….

   Staff are always friendly and courteous. Personal experience has proven that any problems with prescriptions has always been the fault of prescription originator and not in the pharmacist's control.

   Door is no good if you are disabled. You have to ring a bell and wait till a passer by helps you. Their regal ladyships inside get annoyed if you try to push open the door! Wait out in the cold, peasant!

   If I could I would give 0 stars for the pharmacist at The Paddocks. I do not know how the pharmacist qualified but they are absolute awful at their job. It's the 3rd time in a row since I have not had the right prescription and they have not handed me a note to tell me they haven't fulfilled the prescription.
