I've moved to this pharmacy for my prescriptions after much frustration with others and have moved my mum's over too. In the last year or so I've never had a problem, to note. Once I asked the pharmacist about an issue and he suggested that I visited the doctors for antibiotics. My only problem I have is that it can be difficult to park at times
Rude staff, won't answer the phone. They just hang up with no reason.
Have used this pharmacy before. Today I wanted advice on a product to help a graze heal more quickly , the staff were very helpful but said the graze was clean & healing well & didn't try & sell me something that wouldn't make any difference. Thanks for your honesty , professionalism & friendly help. I will use this pharmacy again & would recommend it.
Called prior to visiting as I had a paper prescription. The employee I spoke to was very helpful and even remembered who I was when I attended the pharmacy. The staff were friendly and smiley.
This was my regular pharmacy till today. I had a prescription placed Thursday, went down Saturday to find them closed and Today (Tuesday) they obviously haven't even looked at the prescription as its not ready, and then I find out they don't have it and can't order it. It was the same for baby milk in prescription too. I also find some staff members very rude and ill mannered and its not the first time they've had attitude. I think its appalling customer service and will not be returning. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
Useless pharmacy. Might as well shut it down, never has medication needed and most of the staff in there are rude and should be ashamed of themselves. More staff training definitely required!
Staff are great. And very helpful. And there are allways good offers on products.
A rather small pharmacy that does tend to get quite busy at times. Staff have always been really good. The pharmacists are very nice and always willing to assist.
