   Waited for 30 mins for an online dr prescription which was meant to be easy to collect. When I asked how much longer it would take one of the very rude staff members bit my head off and was so rude I almost cried. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I was patient and friendly and treated as if I was being hostile. Will never come here again if I can help it...

   Mostly the staff are pleasant but twice now they have messed up with my prescription. The first time I even had to contact 111 and was really messed around. Pharmacist was adamant there was no prescription and made me feel like I was in the wrong. They had to call me and apologise..I was right, it was there. It’s now happened again with the staff member on the phone talking over me and insisting I was wrong. I called again to ask again if they could check when the person on the phone insisted she was right and that I had upset staff member on the previous call, all of the sudden after looking through it again…you guessed it, I was right. Please don’t assume that everyone is out to pull a “fast one” in fact it was I that was really upset by the way I was spoken to this time. Staff member said they were really short staff etc. I understand but it’s so frustrating when you’re asking someone to check again carefully and they talk over you and are clearly annoyed with you. A little more attention and a thorough check is all I ask.
