   I didn’t think I would be writing a review having just popped in for a Covid vaccination, but the customer service was so outstanding and the staff so pleasant to all their customers that I feel I have to. A really lovely atmosphere where people are made to feel really welcome.

   My husband, who has pancreatic cancer, came in for Covid tests for both of us as I also have an illness which allows me to receive these tests free. He was told firstly my eligibility letter was ‘too old’ despite my condition being incurable and never having been sent another letter! He was huffed at and made to feel he was taking up time best spent serving other customers, which the female assistant did, whilst making him wait until she had done this. This was despite him being first in the queue… he was extremely upset as was I at his treatment. Not acceptable that he was treated this way at all!

   Such a contrast in the reviews! Prescriptions are fulfilled quickly and the pharmacist is helpful and knows his stuff. Product range is more limited than the big Lloyds in town centre but the essentials are there and opening hours are slightly longer than Lloyds during the week. A more personal vibe here than from the high street chains.

   Worst pharmacy I've ever used! The man in there makes his own rules up, everytime you go, he never has things you need! After doing our prescriptions for six month, he then says "it's not my policy to do prescription that are not from the area" So if your on holiday and need a prescription, he will not do it, this man should have the rules explained, you can change a prescription in any pharmacy! What a strange man to be in charge!!!!

   Excellent. The staff will even ring round local pharmacies if their supplier can't get something. Last year they managed to secure the last packet,of a certain medication , to be had anywhere in East Anglia for me! They also treat their customers as reasonably intelligent adults.
