I used Endeavour Law for my transfer of equity. All i can say is what amazing solicitors. Hayley was was the the one that dealt with it. I couldn't of asked anymore of her. She kept in contact with me though the process. My Ex Wife's solicitors were taking time so said Hayley has she heard thing, and she hadn't, so she followed it up and the next day my Ex Wife's solicitors gave her a completion date. I would highly recommend Hayley if you need this service. I will most definitely use Hayley at Endeavour Law again when I buy my next property. My divorce case was originally with Quickee Divorce but due to the ex wife making things difficult I needed to pay more money to 'upgrade' my package and my case was taken over by Endeavour law. I only upgraded so that I could have help filling out the D11 form but it seems that these 'solicitors' got stuck on the notice of acting. They told me they had submitted it in early April and I had to wait 8 weeks for it to be approved. Im still waiting. They have been very unforthcoming with any results despite me asking for updates, eventually I decided to progress on my own, i used chatGPT to help me fill in my form, i suggest you all do too, and request a refund for services not recieved. This was denied as they had already started working on the case. Doing what exactly i ask myself... It turns out that the courts never received the notice of acting and that the solicitors have to add themselves to the case through their online portal and the court only has to acknowledge that they are added. Ive waited months for any progress on my case for nothing. Its now moving again despite being held up buy these scammers. Avoid them at all costs. I dont expect ill see any refund from neither endeavor ( to make things difficult) law or (not) Quickee divorce. The reason for my 3 Star :- could have given much clarity before the start of the proceedings. I was only told about the finance i.e. clean break after the Decree Nisi. This took me by surprise because I was told that the whole cost would only be what I paid. This came to me by surprise and ended up paying a cost of at least 15,000£. There was lack of attention to detail, as the documents had mistakes that were corrected more than once which is time consuming and inccurs cost. The change in Solicitors during the proceeding made it more difficult, and the charges were exorbitant. Could do better being transparent from the start.
When I called this office for the first time, they were very nice to review my case and we agreed on the price, but they didn't do anything after taking money. I even called them when my court date was announced. Even thy din`t ask for my all document which I have. I said that the time of my trial has been determined, instead of informing me, they said that you have to pay again, but I had told them that I can pay this amount of money. Anyway, I went to the court and they didn't even give my papers to the court. Because of their negligent denial, I cant see my child
