   Called earlier today 02/12/25 and Hannah is absolutely fantastic. Having multiple NHS app and general computer issues and she has gone above and beyond to resolve them. It’s so nice to have great customer service it’s a rarity now.

   I called this morning to ask if the pharmacist was able to check my blocked ear to see if it needed syringing and was told they could and no need to book. I got there to be told the pharmacist ‘wasn’t prepared to do it’. Really helpful.

   Tried to use the shop today only to be told the pharmacist is late and so the shop won’t be opening at 9am and not sure when it might open. This is not the first time this has happened recently and although I do understand that things are sometimes not in one’s own control surely being on time so that a service can be opened for people should be a priority.

   Spoke to the pharmacist today and able to collect over the counter meds for my 2 year old son. The medication has worked already. This has avoided an unnecessary GP appointment and an NHS prescription. Great service supers staff members. Each one are polite and welcoming. Thank you.

   Respect from employees. Very quick to help you with any problem you have. Regardless of the time I went, I always found only 2-3 people in a row. Even if it seems small, they can be Find cosmetics, products for body and hair hygiene. Vitamins for all ages and anything for minor pains, colds or migraines. I advise you to make a trip, either for the prescribed Prescription, pharmaceutical products and you won't regret it. I make the drive from Watton every month to pick up my prescription and occasionally shop at the pharmacy. You won't regret it. I chose to go through these 15Minutes knowing the hospitality of the employees and the dedication of the pharmacist. Respectfully.
