   On a one night trip in Leek, Carlos the landlord was fantastic, a real pleasure to meet him and the locals. Everyone was friendly, well priced beer and a real local atmosphere. 10/10 - Carlos, thanks for a great night, in depth chats were awesome and great local advice. Pop in here above all others!

   Based off the reviews i dont understand how so many 5 star reviews this pub has Dirty pub cobwebs in every corner extension leads everywhere a hot plate on the window sill manky couches that i wouldnt let me dog sit on The beer is very poor 1 sip and i wanted to be sick Definitely needs a tutorial on how to clean there lines If you fancy a day off work due to illness this is the place for you but also please wipe your feet on the way out of there to make your shoes clean Very poor

   If you like smoking grass or the smell of it, (quite happily rolling up in the bar) you will love this place, beers were mediocre but good selection of ciders, prices are a quite pricey too for such a basic/rough pub
