Class service , the bar man (think his name was Joe) was talkative and efficient! Lovely pub would recommend

Friday night is usually darts night, the pub however did not accommodate for this, it was absolute chaos, what seemed to be underage drinkers walking in and out with not a care in the world affecting the darts. I understand it's a Friday but this was absolutely ridiculous. The lounge is like a nightclub and the bar is a mixture of an old retirement village and a youth club. Not a nice atmosphere at all! The home side couldn't apologise enough, wasn't their fault, good set of lads!

One of the worst pubs I have ever been made feel unwelcome went in bar with family and a group of OAPs came in and sat at the table next to us they were huffing and puffing staring complaining to each other and we’re rude because we were sitting at a table they wanted to play crib on we did move for them only so we good enjoy our drinks without the daggers and remarks but unfortunately it’s free house and first come first gets the seats and table they choose won’t visit again no wonder pubs are quite and have no trade when other customers make other customers feel unwelcome at least there’s more friendly pubs in the local area who deserve my business and are more family friendly

Lovely friendly service, we visited while away camping, and they were really good with following covid restrictions (just outside at the time), also had a pretty good choice on the menu

Very nice normal pub. Pool table. Sweet machines and bouncy castle and slide for kids. Gotta say just a normal nice lovely pub. The bar area has writing and quotes around the ceiling which is cool to read. Staff are friendly and nice
