Great little shop with helpful staff and a self service dog wash which has been a life for my back! Only downside is the dryer has been broken for a while now and unsure when it is going to be back.

Absolutly amazing! My little terrier who has had years of underlying health issues is thriving on the Jack and Maggie's raw feed. Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable.
Visited Jack and Maggie's today to use their amazing "wash your own pet" facility. We, and our border collies, were made totally welcome by the charming and helpful Anna. Everything made easy and fuss free. Such a good idea, and such well chosen stock too.
Jack and Maggie’s is a haven of goodness for your pets. Rarely do you find such excellent advice, service and products in one place but in addition to that they are very reasonable and fairly priced. Walk in their door and you will be warmly greeted by any one of the team. This is a lovely place offering only good things for your pets by people who really care about offering the best service for humans and products for pets. So so helpful and I am so pleased I found them, my whippets are thriving now!
