   Avoid. A con artist, thief and liar. Ordered off their Amazon store, never arrived. Used a fake tracking number, replies with blank messages, refuses refunds. A disgusting low life.

   Ordered some collars off their Amazon store. Arrived so quickly and with a little personalised note as they have had a delayed delivery and one collar is out of stock. Sent two of one colour which is perfect and just happens to be one of my cats favourite colours along with a small mouse as way of an apology. Didn’t need to do this but put a smile on my face and my cats love it. Will definitely be ordering again! Great services and highly recommend.

   Terrible service ordered a dog toy didn't arrive emailed on same day as I phoned, spoke to a person and asked for a refund who agreed. Unhappy in him saying to me how bad it is for the post struggling to deliver in the time of this pandemic with people dying blah, blah, blah. I pointed out that in two world wars people still had to carry on about their daily lives whilst bombs were dropping and killing people, the same as people are dying now and men were fighting for their country loosing their lives leaving behind wives, children, mothers ect. I can't see a difference.

   If I could give no stars I would. Bought plants off there Ebay site which within a few days died. Emailed them and they quickly replied saying they would replace them. Kept asking every week when they would arrive but did respond to any more messages. Deliberately lied to allow 30 days to pass so could not claim a refund off them. Totally dishonest business that I would advise everyone to avoid. There are plenty of other reputable Pet shops to get your goods from than this bunch of crooks.

   1 out of 5 stars Received the wrong color and the shop had very poor communication, then refused to send the correct color. For the price of a return they could send me the correct one. Horrible customer service. Instead of offering any ideas on how to make this better, they keep making excuses and harassing me.

   Absolutely amazing Customer Service and quality products. I have purchased items on two separate occasions once via Amazon and directly from Paradise Pets. Not only are the dog toys purchased on both occasions excellent quality but both Mike and Ben were extremely friendly, helpful and informative. I will most certainly be purchasing products from them in the future. Thank you both so much.
