   I had a house visit from Ollie for my ageing dog, and have to say she was brilliant. Her obvious competence was delivered in a lovely calm manner. She was extremely thorough, and her excellent communication skills made it easy for me to ask everything I wanted, and feel properly informed - I could not have asked for more. An outstanding ambassador for your practice!

   You could not get a better veterinary practice - our little girl cat, out of the blue, was very poorly on Saturday morning. I called them out of hours at 08:00 and she was seen at 08:30 by Emily. She was determined to be cold, gassy and not well at all and we were told to not get our hopes up so I left her with a very heavy heart. Connie, the nurse was giving her oxygen as I left. However, Emily (the vet) called me with updates as promised and she agreed with me that it would be better to leave her overnight where she could be checked on. I collected her this morning (Sunday) and both Emily and Connie were there with a full update, medication and lots of joy that she was on the mend. What a superb and outstanding service this surgery gives. From the moment I called and spoke to Abbie to saying goodbye to Emily and Connie - you really, really couldn't ask for a better, kinder, empathetic service. Thank you Fairfield House xx

   Absolutely in debt to the wonderful team who welcomed me and dealt with my dogs emergency appointment when he came down with Bloat whilst we were camping just down the road. Massive thanks to Sarah (vet) for being so calm and reassuring to me, and the lovely receptionist (I think her name was Amy) who could see how upset I was and took me and my son into another room to help me me regain my composure! And to the lovely vet nurses who called me with updates after surgery and his overnight stay. Such a lovely caring team! Ragnar, Tadhg and I are forever grateful to all of you!

   Treated several of our animals over the years 4 dogs 4 cats and a Hamster Dog 1 had to be put down due to aggression dog 2 had to be put down due to kidney failure (stayed open looking after him till around 11pm ) Dog 3 (whippet) had to be stitched up after ripping his chest open on something (stayed open operating on him till about 11pm ) Dog 4 has had jabs Cat1 jabs Cat 2 jabs and neutering Cats 3&4 jabs and will be neutered and microchips soon And hamster was put to sleep due to coushings disease

   Was recommended this place by friend after I had a ridiculous quotation from a place in Forest Row for a skin lump op. Absolutely delighted with the efficient friendly service and sensible pricing, seemingly a rarity these days. Worth the 40 mile round trip for me !
