   This vet practice is amazing! I have a real issue trusting vets but this last time I took my cat they did not even charge me despite having to battle her into and out of her cat basket (she is semi-feral). They were compassionate, amazing and I am grateful to them for the care of our cats and dog!

   New to the area and we needed to find a new vet for both our pets. Our dog Frankie being extremely anxious and nervous it was important to find a vet who can handle him. Having read all the reviews we thought we’ll give these guys a go and very glad we made this choice! They have suggested a plan to make him associate the vets with positive experiences, which we have just started but had to bring him in for an emergency the other day and the team has handled it exceptionally well! So grateful for everything you did and how you handled Frankie. Definitely recommend and continue to use. Thank you so much! Keep doing what you are doing.

   Had to make several visits with Minnie in last three weeks to have various tests and she has been diagnosed with Diabetes, needing insulin twice a day. I was quite taken a back by the substantial costs l have had to pay for everything so far, for the consultations, the treatment, tests and medical equipment l had to purchase. I was expecting to pay, but not as much as I have done, and this is still ongoing. Having said that, I could not fault the excellent service and attention Minnie has received so far. 30th July 2025 - Had to visit the vet again today as Minnie is not eating well and still drinking a lot. I had concerns, because I wasn't sure of the amount of insulin dosage l should give her. I phoned them yesterday afternoon and was told that I would receive a phone call that evening, as the vet was at another practice .I did receive the call, and they suggested they would make appointment for today, as vet wanted to see her. I was very grateful for the quick response. Vet did some more tests today, and her glucose levels were much to high. They want her to be monitored, and suggested she spends a whole day with them under supervision, so she goes in on Tuesday next week. I cannot fault the attention they have been giving her, and I can see that they care about the animals and do all they can to help them live the rest of their lives in comfort and painless.

   Very sadly I had to have my beautiful baby Roxy put to sleep on Wednesday. I initially booked it for 530 but rang up on the morning expressing the urgency and they accommodated the appointment straight away same day . I’ve been at other vets and they seem to be very much about money. This practice clearly cares about the pets welfare and the owners feelings. They made the whole experience calm and my beautiful baby girl just fell asleep. I can’t thank the team enough for being so professional and loving. They even gave us a paw print and as much time as we needed, I will be grateful Also just to add that on the run-up to her illness another vet wanted to do expensive tests and scans , this vet was straight up and far more honest and diagnosed cancer without making my dog suffer Thank you, thank you, thank you

   Extremely professional and kind , one of my dogs was missed diagnosed at another Vets and had hardly any fur for years, with in a month she was much better and 2 months later has a full coat of fur . Can’t recommend enough.

   Blossom is now 16 weeks old. She has been to see the vet 3 times for her vaccines etc. She is quite calm and very good giving lots of cuddles. We took out the Health Plan which is very beneficial.
