   I have been using DMS for 10 plus years for my business supplies and they have been amazing. Not only did they support our business when we set up a shop with samples and display stands. They supported us through extremely difficult times through lockdown & Covid when it hit us hard. Tracey & Allison have always gone above and beyond to help us on a daily basis. Ross has now joined the team and what a great asset. he is a lovely young man. Obviously we are not forgetting the great help from the office staff or warehouse members as they have also been amazing without all their help over the years our company wouldn’t be as successful it is today. Simon the delivery driver has always been very efficient, extremely professional when delivering to our customers homes. Always had positive feedback. I personally couldn’t thank this company enough for their continued support on a daily basis

   Went into DMS flooring today for the first time in a while, got interrogated by the lady at checkout asking whether i was a carpet fitter and was a bit of a struggle to get any professional help..i just wanted a couple of samples to take to my customer, not to be put through an interrogation asking what carpet fitters i knew ect..very unprofessional manner. have had previous experiences where had no issues at all and have been able to make my orders without issues.

   I’ve rarely encountered worse customer service than from the woman on the trade counter. Uninformed, short, apathetic and totally uninterested in my query. Suggest she is transferred to behind the scenes - appalling impression of your company. Im only leaving one star because you can’t leave zero.
