A professional outfit with lovely people. My BMW went in to have the bumper repaired and the work done is superb, it looks brand new. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure I was back in my car as soon as possible too. Highly recommended!
I was referred to CARS by my insurers and they did an excellent job on a paint colour that must have been difficult to match. They also found mechanical issues I was unaware of and arranged for those to be repaired also. All very impressive. The work on that job was of such a high standard that when I needed my current car to have it's bonnet resprayed due to corrosion I took it straight to them without a second thought. They showed me where the problem was and explained why the aluminium bonnet was corroding as it was. They explained exactly how they would fix it and supplied a fair quote for this private job. I collected on the day agreed and just as before I was very impressed with the results. My car is metallic silver and I have seen so many silver cars with a blatantly obvious repair as the colour match is off but just as with the first job this repair is invisible. I would recommend them to anybody and I would certainly use them again.
I wish I could leave zero star. This is a useless company, they lied to me about completion for weeks, I finally got my car back very dirty, the repairs was nonsense, you can see the paint work colour were different. The finish was not smooth you can see that the damage was repaired. Just crap job in all and dirty.
These guys are amazing . My wife takes our XC60 with a damaged passenger door that our friend opened onto a car coming from behind. They discussed the options which was great then carefully pulled the damage out of the door. Amazing work and so quick 5 mins later our 13 year old XC was more than acceptable. Then they said there was no charge. Will always recommend and a box of beers on way. Thanks so much Sharon

Took my Mercedes to Crowborough Repairs, for rear offside arch and door damage caused by turning in a multi story car park. I was amazed on picking it up! The repair work was superb, no one would know the arch and door was scrapped and dented! Would strongly recommend this accident repair company to anyone! Superb!!! Five star rating easily!!!!
I had a problem with a repair carried out previously, I emailed them with a photo, Daren called me within 20 minutes of sending email. It was dealt with and put right immediately. I could not have asked for better service . I could not recommend highly enough .
Not very impressed with the customer service here. They were changing my bumper which is expected to take a few days and it took 3 weeks with no updates...the courtesy car's tyres I'm pretty sure had illegal wheel tread as well. When I picked my car up the guy thought my actual car was a courtesy car (even though all the courtesy cars have it wriiten all over them??) so who knows he could have given it to someone else! My dashcam was left dangling with the wires out which is still causing me issues a month later. The actual work was done well but I won't be using them again
