   I lacked confidence prior to my appointment and treatment. My concerns were not based on any previous treatment or experience. I was a new client who was willing to run the risk of a new experience. I walked through the door and listened to experienced professionals who worked well within their capacity. I'm 8 days away from Christmas and I was given the opportunity to have a smile just in time for my birthday and Christmas. Thanks for your professionalism and support. You have given me so much happiness and within 2 hours I am able to smile, eat crisps and feel happy. 8 years is a long time but you helped me overcome my concern with ease

   I had my very first appointment today,I had a decayed tooth removed,also moulds taken,to be used to build my dentures. I'm a 54yr old Man who's terrified of the Dentist so on the way to my appointment you can guess I was really apprehensive. I explained that I was nervous and phobic of the Dentist. To my relief, the dental nurses, reception and the Dentist himself were Very Very kind,sympathetic, understanding and patient and I felt at ease really quickly. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the kind Dentist,nurses and reception staff for making my visit to them a pleasant one. I'll be attending regularly, thank you all.

   Very professional Clinic. Having met a few of the staff during my first visit I was impressed with their individual people skills as well as their trade expertise. I was pleased by the happy atmosphere apparent throughout the building from the lady on reception to the dental team in the surgery. Looking forward to being a regular patient of this little jewel in the Crown of Eccleshall.

   I have had an excellent service from Eccleshall Dental Clinic recently. An old root canal had developed an infection and Sanjeev completely redid the treatment over two sessions. His bedside manner is excellent, putting me at ease each time. His assistant this morning was also particularly good, checking on me regularly.

The dental work went very smoothly and the office staff were extremely kind and considerate. My mum is strongly recommending the practice to her friends and family.
