We purchased our wedding rings and a replacement engagement ring at this store. I can not recommend them enough. The two ladies were so lovely. Not once did I feel I was being pushed into making a purchase (like previous shops we had been in) it was the first shop we had been in where we felt totally relaxed, and they listened to what we did and didn't like. And they were very patient with my future husband who took longer to choose his ring than I did. I think one of the ladies was called Louise, such a lovely lady.
Want to highly recommend Louise from moment we walked into the shop she was so helpful she wasn't pushy at all which I like. Lots of the other jewellers were trying to hard sell on us which instantly makes me want to leave. Louise wasn't like this at all. So happy with my wedding ring purchase its thanks to her for suggesting I tried some different styles that I found the one. It made the whole day extra special by having such good customer service and the fact she made a fuss of my little doggie as well.
My partner and I were in Brighton seeing some friends so decided to have a look at the rings as we are getting married next year. We tried a few places in the Lanes but nothing jumped out at us until we visited Newman’s. Louise was amazing from start to finish. She made us feel at ease and let us try on lots of different rings. We were able to go away and think about it and as we didn’t live locally she took the time to do all our measurements so if we did decide to go ahead all we had to do was phone up. The whole process was seamless. Our rings have arrived this morning and we love them so much. Thank you so much Louise! Would highly recommend this place.

A lovely shop with a huge range of designs and friendly, helpful staff. We had bought a set of rings and they were incredibly helpful when I lost a stone out of one ring. They went over and above with their customer service to replace the stone and return it to me quickly as I was going away. Highly recommend and will always go to them first for both future purchases and cleaning/repairs.

This is definitely the jewellers to visit when you need to buy any jewellery. Liz and Jackie are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of jewellery whether it is Trollbeads, watches, rings... I would not dream of shopping elsewhere for gold, silver or sparkly things. Easily accessible too, right in the middle of the lanes or a short walk from the seafront or main shopping precinct. Absolutely love this jewellers, always come down from London to do my shopping here.
