Super helpful staff and well stocked but terrible wait times if there is a queue. I often dont buy from them preferring to go to screwfix because they have preferential service for App orders. Toolstation if you are listening maybe its something you could implement too? I even queue for electronic orders i have made.
Called in today to exchange something I bought last week. (I bought the wrong size, my fault thought I knew what I needed). James recognised the problem straight away, sorted out the refund and the correct replacement part. All very easy friendly and efficient. Thanks guys.

Easy to use website. Ordered yesterday and collected today. Admittedly they could do with more staff as the young lady on the tills was constantly running back and forth. However, she was polite and apologetic for the delay.
