We wanted to take our 2 year old daughter to the soft play area and I was very angry and disappointed in what I saw , older kids that looked way to old to be in that small soft play area , they were being very rude , saying nasty things towards my 2 year old , throwing balls inappropriately and wouldn’t let her go on anything , my child was very upset as she was the only young child there and for the older kids to do that is horrible , the parents said nothing to their kids and looked like no one seem to care. We will not be going back.

The most lovely experience I’ve ever had at a gym, the staff were the most kind and helpful people, helping me book a gym session and getting my phone charged. I also had a delightful conversation with a lady at the gym, every single person in the centre was so lovely! If I lived closer I would be buying a membership.

Went to the bounce and roll on Thursday morning and to pay £9 for my 1 year old and 3 year old for 45 minutes in a freezing cold room seems a little extreme. It used to be much cheaper. My kids hands and noses were red they were so cold even with running around for 45 minutes. Not sure if I will return to be honest.

My local leisure centre which I've been visiting for lane swimming once a week. Currently £5.90 for an adult to swim (2025) - would like a membership but the current options are more expensive than paying weekly/ per session for me. Three lane options of fast, medium and slow - although we find the slow lane is for people who aren't actually lane swimming. The app is worth downloading so can see number of spaces available and ability to book in advance to guarantee a place. The lockers are plentiful. There are plenty of cubicles. The toilets (ladies) are OK, although could do with more regular checking/ cleaning. Overall a pleasant swimming pool.

I am very impressed at the welcome, the facilities and the efficient set up. The pool has many uses in a day and it is changed seamlessly and on time. Everyone friendly and everything well cleaned and set up!

Awful communication and the main reason I won’t sign up for a membership. Perhaps if you don’t have enough lifeguards so can’t open the pools at the time you say you will, then add a note to the website. It surely can’t be that hard. Also closing the soft play when you have decided to open the training pool late with no notice isn’t helpful either when you’ve had to get a toddler dressed and ready for swimming! Useless communication.

The pool was very cold and the water of the shower part was very cold and hot water was not coming. .The absence of hot water in the showers has been going on for a long time, only one shower cabin has hot water. Even though we said the pool was cold today, they didn't care

Went to play squash and ended up being heckled by a group of yobs from the viewing area. After ignoring them, they decided to throw a wet tampon down onto the court we were playing on. On the way out I reported this to reception who quite frankly couldn't care less. I was met with a "they've left the building now" rather than concern that a sanitary product had been thrown onto the court. I am rather upset about this whole experience.

Swimming lessons with Andy have been absolutely excellent. We also used the pool several times over the Christmas break and the kids love it, great price and great pool. Great leisure Centre

A nice and relaxed centre. Everything is clean and straightforward. There is a small cafe with free soft play for children. Put your car reg in when you arrive for 3 hrs parking. Excellent.
