Ideal location for Gatwick Airport. Rooms are very dated and beds are very uncomfortable. The food isn't that great and quite expensive for the quality recieved. All areas were clean. Staff were polite.
I like this gym and swim. I have actuqlly been going for 9 years but stopped during covid for 2 years then started again. I dont like other gyms but this suits me. The price is so good. The staff Alison is always really friendly. Simone when I go in afternoons is also friendly warrick the manager are all welcoming. Bobby done my instruction in gym..highly recommend.
Polite and friendly staff. Super helpful. The gym has sufficient equipment for everyone to use. The pool is always clean and the staff regularly check the water. My kids love the pool. It's never too busy. The facilities are kept clean and tidy. Would highly recommend
No contract …. Amazing Easy payments … monthly… easy to cancel. Concessions for older customers & students …. So helpful. Wonderful staff. Friendly, helpful & accommodating. Clean changing areas & (usually) warm water. Thank you.
(Reply to response below original review) **Original Review** I have been using this gym on and off for so many years and have NEVER experienced such disgusting customer service. Before writing this review I checked other reviews to see if anyone felt the same and of course I’m not the first to point out the rude and arrogant lady working that most certainly gives off ‘racist vibes’ as mentioned in multiple previous reviews. I would say get rid of her but I think she suits the place perfectly. The guy that was working with her also couldn’t care less about being there or making sure anyone has a nice experience. It’s the first time in a long time that I’ve come in after 4pm and I’m glad I did, otherwise id still be giving my business to this place. It’s a shame as the morning staff are lovely and I feel bad that have to share a workplace with such delinquents. I’ve been put off completely. I also brought a guest along with me and we both feel sick even thinking about coming within a mile of this place ever again. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Not once was my membership or direct debit form mentioned in my complaint but thanks for giving me information that I already knew to bulk up your reply. Filling in a form a couple of times is not frustrating. When walking into any establishment and being met with a stone face, no smile, no greeting, no comfort, no friendliness, no customer service, absolute bluntness, no interest and dirty looks… how would you respond? Luckily I wasn’t alone so I can assure you I wasn’t hallucinating. I tried my best to look past it but some vibes are just horrible and disrespectful. Some people have bad days, I can understand that, but this seems like a pattern from reading other reviews - especially when after leaving the from the desk and entering the gym, this particular staff member proceeded to laugh and joke with others. Her energy was completely off with us. I genuinely thought she had an issue with me when I’ve never seen her before in my life. If you can’t see any problem with it, that says it all. I’m sure in the last 24 years of you managing the gym you’ve not experienced anything like this and everyone that says anything like this is just wrong. With all due respect, Warick, you can’t say if there was any rudeness or “racist vibes” as you were not there… but I appreciate the confidence in backing your staff members. I said it before and I will say it again. I have NEVER had an issue at this gym until I came in most recently. The day staff are absolutely wonderful. They understand how to welcome and treat people. I stand by that. Unfortunately for you, you can’t say feel what I felt through CCTV. No, I don’t want to discuss it further - Luckily for both of us, I am no longer a member. All the best.
Very reasonable price, good range of equipment. However, a lot of the equipment is outdated and needs maintenance/replacing
I was going to join the gym but I came as a guest with a friend ♿ facilities out of order and was told has been since she join over three months ago. And the steam room out of order and to top things off I got a parking ticket in the car park Evan though entered number plate in computer. ...

Amazing staff, excellent pool, hot tub and saunas with clean wash rooms. Very less crowd compared to other gyms. The equipment is very good but a bit old. Excellent option for people who are interested in a no contact option for £26 a month. See it to believe it.
Used to go to this gym, recently moved back to the area the female staff are amazing 100% make you feel comfortable. The male staff I found very rude unprofessional and spoke down to you. I am now a member of oriel high school gym glad I made the change. There is also a charge for parking in their car park if you do not enter your cars reg every time you go to this gym.
