The junior gym is way to over subscribed and it fully booked for 2 weeks ( it only go up to 2 weeks) so I have to book them 2 weeks in advance and if you forget to book it the day the session comes out it gone

Absolutely appalling experience, the facilities are maintained very poorly, the health suite was disgusting and not properly cleaned. There were moving worms on the floor coming from the drain in the steam room, disgusted beyond belief, video attached. Horsham Council or environment health needs to do something about this place.

It's a great place for gym classes — Body Pump and Combat are unbeatable! But the toilets? Absolutely horrid. Dirty, smelly, every single day — morning or evening, it's always the same disgusting story. It's honestly shocking how bad it is. And then there's the constant water flow in the changing room toilets. The taps don't shut off automatically, and kids struggle to turn them off properly. Water just runs non-stop — such a waste! It’s probably costing them more in the long run than simply replacing the taps with something more practical. The management clearly isn't paying attention — clueless, really. How can a place that does classes so well drop the ball so badly on basic hygiene and maintenance?

I was advised at the desk before booking (literally two days before our visit) that the slide was (yet again) out of order for weeks (bummer). But nothing was mentioned about the fact the water jets that make the current for the outside whirlpool part are also completely broken. Paid full amount, no discount despite both features being out of order, and every member of staff I asked on duty said the whirlpool jets had been out of order for a very long time. The pool water was cold enough to make us need to get out frequently because the kid's lips went blue, despite the front desk saying it should be warm. 2 adults and 2 kids utterly bored for the entire time. In the women's toilets in the changing room there is a freezing cold fan/aircon pointing at you as you enter, brilliant for when you have wet kids that need to wee. The only good bit was the warmth of the showers at the end. All in all... go to the Triangle instead lol. Such a shame because it is a perfectly decent multimillion pound facility and yet it is being run like an afterthought. To be clear, I don't blame the staff, I blame the management.

Incredibly poorly maintained facility. The location and the services would be great if it was actually maintained. As of 2025 July, the the main swimming pool's adjustable floor is broken, the slide is broken, in the health suite, the jacuzzi, the steam room is broken or very poorly functioning, one of the showers are broken, the foot spa is broken, the overall hygene of the facilities are beyond appalling. I really hope they do some management change it would be a shame to let it go to waste

Try phoning reception and you will almost never get through and be on hold forever until you give up. Their main pool website information is not detailed enough so when you see a lane swim session they don’t tell you they have corralled you into two lanes because most of the pool is used up by a solitary learner. It is clear their priority are clubs and getting that money instead individual needs. Also I cannot use my swim saver card in any of the other West Sussex pools. Terrible staff. Terrible attitudes and overall a bad place to choose for swimmers

The staff are really friendly and the prices are reasonable. The facilities are incredibly run-down to a point where it can’t be hidden any more. Needs some serious investment from HDC.

Cafe ladies always friendly and helpful, come here just for cafe with kids sometimes as very children friendly. More healthy options and non dairy milk latte etc options would be a good improvement as lacks that currently. General facilities good value. Only issue was when baby changing toilet was out of order for ages and only alternative upstairs which difficult with pram etc.

The leisure pool is great and a lovely area for children to play in, with the added benefit of an outside area too. My only 'complaint' is that the policy of not wearing shoes into the changing areas is not adhered to by quite a few people and the staff just ignore it. The floors in the hanging area were pretty dirty when we went. In addition , the benches for shoes needs a rethink. With lack of space for 40 us pairs of shoes, they were just stacked on the bench. In summary, more cleanliness, stricter control of people waking in with shoes and a rethink on the footwear removal area.

Staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. Facilities are out date, health suite always seems to have something closed. Problems with the plumbing means intermittent hot water. Generally it needs a deep clean in some area's it smells of urine. Will have to think about canceling my new membership as I have yet had a visit without strife !! No offer of a refund even though they are not porviding the agreed service
