   Catering, patient & friendly staff.. specifically Trish & Ollie that run the CLIP & CLIMB. My daughter overconfidently climbed all the way to the top & had a panicked ride down... I was given the opportunity to put on a harness and put my daughter ease by doing one or two climbs for free just to show her it was safe. Which got her confidence back along with the staff's help and allowed her to enjoy clip and climb fully. I can't thank the staff enough. So kind & professional.

   Disgraceful and Agist. I turned 26 recently and they wanted to change my fee from £31 to £54. I called and asked them not to change the price or they have lost me as a regular gym user. they refused. so I cancelled immediately and signed up for Pure Gym just walking distance from The Bridge. If this is how you treat customers by punishing them as they naturally age then I can see this place eventually closing and Pure Gym becoming the dominant force, which from my assessment already looks to be the case. the gym from the outside looks empty. so i guess they had it coming. 0 stars. Disgusting behaviour to punish me because im getting older. lifes hard enough. im meant to just pay more because i got one year older?? and then i get a senior discount when im too fragile to attend regularly and get massive gym gains to impress my loving wife?

   I'm writing to share our positive experience at The Bridge Leisure Centre. My daughter, who is now 6, had a fantastic time at a friend's birthday party in the Clip n Climb area. The assistants were very kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. It was also great to see that there's plenty of parking space, and the party room was very spacious, which is always a plus. We highly recommend this venue!

   Had my sons 5th birthday here on the obstacle course inflatables with 20 odd kids. Couldn't be happier with the service, staff and facilities! Well organised, we were allowed to view the inflatables and party rooms before booking. The week before, we had a talk through of what happens on the day. Clean facilities, happy staff, trollie for presents, kids group photo organised by staff...and all felt safe. Party room was huge, and it was equipped with a music system and tables and benches. Loads of free parking. Couldn't recommend this place enough and took the stress out of everything. Well done everyone and thank you!

   I wish that the treadmills were a little more spaced or stabilised as when the person next to you is running it makes your machine wobble which makes me feel motion sick, partly due to the tv screens on top blocking the view out of the window Otherwise, I really like this gym, and the staff are always friendly and helpful

   Can't believe they stopped ALL adults from playing basketball in the centre. All because of a couple incidents of "dunking". Shocking that ONLY children are allowed to play basketball in the centre. Honestly, how could you do this when adults are the main ones paying to play on the court with their memberships??

   The gym no longer allows over 16+ to play basketball till January. I have full membership just for Basketball and now I am no longer able to play till then. Their reason is that the rims are not safe for people to dunk on...unfortunately I can't even freaking dunk lol
