   Next is one of my favourite clothing shops. It sells menswear , ladies wear , and children’s wear. Also selling home and living room items like sofas. However, most of the things are online which I dislike.

   This store is extremely messy and disorganised. Items are scattered everywhere, shelves are poorly stocked, and it’s difficult to find what you’re looking for. The overall environment feels neglected, which makes shopping here stressful and frustrating. It seems like staff don’t make much effort to keep things tidy or organised. I won’t be coming back until the store improves its cleanliness and layout.

   Good selection of furnitings, however we just received our sofas via delivery and one of them has a massive hole in the back with sharp metal rods poking out, not sure how you don't realise that while packaging it up

   Was in store last week. I saw a chest of drawers on sale X-display. Went to purchase and asked for assistance to take to the car. Appalling service from Vickie and Anne - manager. Refused all help, said they wouldn't even get involved and down to customer to take it from 1st floor to ground floor and load into the car. Seemed like end of shift, no male staff on the shop floor so didn't even bother to help out!

   I don't see why they have even bothered installing a collect your parcel point. You get encourage to us it but then end up waiting nearly twice as long as if I went to the till. Back customer service. They need a serious check of the system.
