asked to get £1 coins from my change (no icant do that) given dirty look for paying at customer services with cash but I had no choice. anywhere else would have fulfilled my request no problem..disappointed
This is for blatchington road hove coop. I try and tolerate the very rude attitude and extremely Grumpy staff, They should trry cracking a smile with a quite a few of the coop staff here, including one of the security guards extremely rude too. There are just some very nice and helpfull staff there, that's it.
Tried to phone them as I have left something in their store - tried 13 times and nobody picks up the phone !! Called their Customer Service number at Co -Op head office(I presume?) and they cannot get through to them either !! Good job I didn't leave my Granny in her wheelchair there Absolutely frustrating!!!!!!!
OMG! You have to try their fresh bread products. Honestly the best ever!! I never knew they stocked them but their sour dough whole loafs are better than any artisan bakery by far. Staff are amazing as they put up with so much hassle. Buy the bread and thank me later…
I brought some stuff and there was a woman names Kin on the till after she scanned everything I asked for a bag she just gave me a bad look , I guess it’s normal to forget stuff and I asked her politely and I’m paying for it !!!
Ordered groceries for delivery and received 1 out of 10 items, and I have been charged for all 10 items. The store is not answering their phone after numerous calls.
Always friendly and check if they have stock in stores if not on the shelves
The products are fine however the guard was very rude maybe he should wear his sia licence on display under section 9 of the security act subsection 3 it is a criminal offence to not display your sia badge while at work with up to 6 months imprisonment plus struck off the sia system i didn't get a picture this time
Middle-size supermarket, decent stock, everything fit for purpose. Generally not too busy despite being on major shopping street. No car park - drivers and families tend to go to Tesco round the corner, which keeps this quite clear.
A good local co-op. Staff are lovely, only downside is the price of some stuff in there. I wouldn't use it for a full shop for sure. But little bits and tobacco it is good for. It is definitely the best co-op I've been to of all I've visited (which is a lot).
