   Ordered via Deliveroo Conveniently, the alcohol and big bottle of 7up wasn't given to the delivery person. So only got 2/5 items, but on Deliveroo it said they found all my items. Presumably, someone at the shop just kept it for themselves?? Gross

   Recently went in, saw a masked guy come into the store, fill up his bags with shopping and walk straight out the front door without paying whilst security watched him do it. No security staff on the door. No one being challenged. Frankly terrifying. If they're letting people like that in and not doing a thing about it, they should lose their license.

   Volatile and unsafe place to shop as its a known area for shoplifters as they know staff will not attempt to stop or prevent in any way their shoplifting , No baskets are available because people just filled them up and walk out unchallenged ! COOP STAFF ARE LEFT ONE PERSON ON SHOP FLOOR ITS NOT THEIR FAULT . NO LICENCE SHOULD BE GRANTED WHILST YOU CONDUCT YOUR BUSINESS IN THIS WAY . CLEARY YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOOSE THOUSNADS OF POUNDS OF STOCK EACH WEEK AND ENDANGER YOUR STAFF AND PUBLIC BY ALLOWING THIS BEHAVIOR . YOU SHOULD BE CLOSED !!! Pride Weekend. So security arrived. What a joke. Scared to even look at the people blatantly Robbie gfron the store. Really COOP get your money back. This companies team are as effective as a chocolate teapot and totally petrified . Get your money back

   Grossly understaffed at times with only 1 member for the whole shop. Expected to do tills, stock, self-service checks and Deliveroo orders all at the same time. The lad does an excellent job with the barebones resources he has available and should be commended. Hopefully he moves onto a retail company with staff welfare in mind. Its convenient, not consistent.

   Nice sized shop, well presented and tidy and couldn't find where the alleged car parking is, so wouldn't say it's suitable for passing trade to do big shops, but it's ideal to pop in for a thing or two risking a parking ticket.. Staff seemed to spend time talking to themselves whilst customer waited to get served..
