Friendly, helpful, caring, hard working. Tolerance. Would chat if They had time. I would add to this in the dreadful climate of ( smash and grab, theft and abuse) which has increased recently; They are very very BRAVE.

Nearly every time i visit this co-op the fruit is off, even though the expiry on the strawberries I bought today were for the 19th of this month, strawberries were soft and mushy and very wet my daughter refuses to eat them and this has happened on numerous occasions, the co-op at the strand shops are so much better, never had a problem there. As a lone parent I really can't afford to throw food away!

I don't know why but this shop always smells like urine, at least to my senses. I have to go in there every couple of days as I live right around the corner but there is something seriously wrong with the smell!

Very rude lady who works on Sundays I asked for a particular brand of cigarette but she said they weren't there and wasn't prepared to look anymore, I said they were on a different shelf but she wouldn't listen!! So frustrating!!! So I called a member of staff over who found them straight away

The lady who works mornings, with glasses and brownish blonde hair is the most rude, arrogant and un helpful worker that this co op has. She pretends that our cards do not work when in reality she is the one not allowing them to work on purpose, this has happened multiple times!! Iv never encountered such strange behaviour from a checkout worker before. I do not know how she has not been sacked yet, so many people have said the same type of thing.

I've never experienced such rudness from one particular member off staff when I asked for assistance she snapped at me, saying that she can never get on with people keep coming in, it's just un called for don't work for a shop the if you don't want to be interacted with just plain rude stay clear off the lady with brown hair and glasses works early mornings unless you want your head bitten off for just simply wanting to buy some thing and get served.

I gave her 2 lottery tickets and she moaned at me for the tickets was a bit creased then she said I won 5.00 intend of asking would you like to pay for your shopping with like every coop I been to no she use my winnings to pay for my shopping. I ask her did not want to do that she got grumpy
