Although beside a motorway it was very quiet in the room. Very helpful staff and very clean. Will definitely use again as it's a good price and well located for us.

Extremely positive experience. I actually booked the wrong date but Sarah on the front desk sorted it out for me. Rooms were spacious and clean. Can’t fault it at all. Cheers Sarah! Legend…

Budget hotel but a solid 5 stars 4 for the hotel itself, topped up to a 5 to the wonderful staff there. I didn’t catch their names but pleasant, friendly and polite (night 1, blonde hair night 2, brunette hair) and answered all the questions I had I stayed for two nights last minute. On night 1 the receptionist confirmed my car and license plate, and said it was ok to park in the delivery bay as the car park was full. Quite a few parking spots but as you can imagine being at a service station, they will fill up but you can use the delivery and coach bays too The hotel in general could do with a revamp however everything about it was fine. Large rooms, much larger than Travelodge or the like, bigger TVs too with freeview. Large larger table areas for working with laptops Bed, one of the comfiest mattresses I’ve experienced in a whole, my sleep was perfect. You will have trucks and such outside but I sleep like a log so no bother to me. No aircon but a large floor standing fan in the room, if you know how to position a fan in a hot room properly you’ll have no issues staying cool in any weather Doors, actual keys! No card passes that delete when you put them in your pocket with a phone or bank card, physical keys. Doors can be locked and latched on the inside Bathroom, large size which could do with a refresh but nice and clean, fresh hot shower Overall a pleasant stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. If you’re a contractor stopping overnight you’ll be happy, as would any professionals stopping off on the motorway on work trips. Services either side of the M1 so plenty of choices for food So a solid 5 out of 5 for me. Get it booked, first time staying in a service station hotel and a wonderful experience that won’t stop me from staying again. At less than £50 a night absolutely nothing to complain about, bargain

Can’t remember the ladies name at reception, but she was very helpful in all ways and very nice and friendly. The hotel was generally tired looking and would benefit from some improvements and TLC, but it was a pleasant enough stopover in a useful location on the way to Silverstone Grand Prix. A room fridge would’ve been perfect as we had perishable food items from home which were 2 days without being kept cool in hot weather. Room was very noisy being right next to a lorry & coach park, with engines or fridges running through the night and had to have window open as room was very hot (was hot weather). But this is a suitable hotel for a one or two night stay, and solved an accommodation problem for us so we were grateful!

I just wanted a bed for the night and the room was perfect for that. The only problem I had was accessing the site as the services were closed and I had to travel to the next junction, turn around and park up in the north bound car park and walk over the footbridge. I was advised that there was a service road but even the next morning as I passed by I could not see it (not obvious) I know it's not the hotels fault but it was still very inconvenient

No hot water. I know it is a Days Inn on the motorway, I expected it to be tired and run down... but I want hot water in the morning. After several calls and a week and a bit, I got a refund of half the bill. But too little, too late.

Worst night sleep I have ever had. The bed should have been thrown away years ago. The mattress was so bad I could actually get my leg in between the springs and could feel each individual one if I moved. I had to wrap myself in the duvet and put it under me in order to get any sleep at all. The price is cheap but the least I would expect is a bed that us usable. The room was cleanish, very strange stain on the throw put on the bed which i only found because I also had to put that under me. The shower was good and the the bathroom appeared relatively clean. I would never stay here again based on the quality of the bed.
