-1 in my book sorry but I turned up with a picture of the charm that I wanted. The girl showed it to me and it was gift wrapped lovely… until my sister opened it on her birthday!! It was not the one that I showed or even what was confirmed needless to say I was extremely embarrassed. I am hoping this will be rectified tomorrow!! Very disappointed

I Will be returning even though its not my local store, I will make a piont of giving them my business. My local store in Bridgend were rude and unhelpful. I came here for a wedding band recently, the service was fantastic. I had to come back for resizing and they called me as soon as the item was back in. The whole time I felt as if they went the extra mile. A big help when you're trying to sort a wedding. Would recommend to anyone.
I was in Swansea today(Sunday 25th Sept) hoping to purchase a gift from this store for my sister who loves your jewellery. As I got closer to the store the window shutters were down and but the door shutters open. As I got closer I could see 3 people in there and a dog. The sign on the door displayed 'open'. I decided to look in the window, saw what I wanted and attempted to open the door. It was locked ( I assumed maybe because the dog was there?) One of the people who were in the shop then walked towards the door and promptly turned the sign to display closed!!! I was gobsmacked...could you not have opened the door to at least apologise for the wrongly displayed sign or even to tell me that you were in fact closed. I'm really disappointed at the attitude of the three individuals...which left me feeling a bit stupid!! It's such a shame as I buy my nomination charms from there since no one else in Swansea stocks them! Well, I'm going to buy online from now on and they've also lost a £35 sale today ( but I don't suppose they care!) Manners cost nothing!!
