Went in with a spinning ring looking for it to be fixed, walked out 5 minutes later with it cleaned and fixed free of charge.
I needed a new strap for my watch, the owner was a proper gentleman. He polished the glass and chrome on my watch free of charge. I will definitely go back , highly recommended

Never been so insulated after going to this jewellers shop. Went in to enquire about a neck chain for my son's birthday. While waiting a lady came to the door and asked if she could come in without a face mask the gentleman said yes so I asked him if I can take mine off . He paused and then said yes and then said you can go to the other shop. I did say to the gentleman on the why out .you don't want my custom and I feel very insulted by his manner .. il never go there again shame
It was 7 years ago I walked into his shop and since then we have developed a true friendship, Natik is an extremely polite fellow, truthful, honest and a gentleman. I have bought so many items, from him I have lost count, his prices competitive and better than anywhere. My last Rolex was on his recommendation. I have had it serviced and there were NO issues. Mr Natik is a thorough gentleman, polite, well mannered and highly respectful. His shop is one of the main attractions in an otherwise dead city centre. I bought jewellery from him and his dealing was flawless. Reasonable prices, genuine products and a very nice man indeed. Highly recommended.
