Don't bother spoke to some useless Pratt who was no help at all then this useless Pratt started to help then said can I call you back I'm just helping with a delivery I said please do.. thankyou...he never called..don't use this company unless you want some rude useless Pratt on the end of the phone
Really unhelpful staff. I was provided with a quote via email and replied to place the order. I was then advised that payment needed to be made in advance of collection, which is fine. I explained that I was abroad and only have access to Wi-Fi and could call a mobile number to make payment. I was then told that they didn’t have a mobile phone….very odd!
extra star because these guys will literally run a red light to get your order delivered on time. if you're on the road and see them coming to a red light, don't assume they'll stop because their delivery takes priority

I went to hymor timber on 21/9/20 but due to covid laura had to bring samles to me as was not allowed on yard that was not a problem she worked my measurements what lengths i needed very helpfull lady and very understanding and knowledgable of products the prices are very good i found
