   We are a family of four, with two teenagers and two dogs, who have stayed here. We have stayed for the past two years for our two week holiday and intend to return this coming summer. The owners have always been amazing, welcoming and friendly. Martin kindly helped us search for our dog when she bolted on a walk and used his dog to find her. If you want to know local places to go they are always more than happy to tell you about things locally that might interest you. The cottages are well maintained, smartly decorated so you feel as if you are staying in a hotel not a self catering cottage.The location is lovely and peaceful, a quick ride down to Llangennith provides you with amazing views, a lovely dog friendly beach, warm sea water and a lovely local pub or beach restaurant afterwards. I would recommend anyone to stay here but don't book our two week slot!

   First visit to the Gower and most definitely chose well with the holiday cottage. Before we arrived Katrina was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived the cottage was very welcoming, with a lovely welcoming pack, to include gin and tonic and doggy treats. Our hosts left us some fresh eggs and milk. Everything was provided to enable us to relax in front of a cosy log fire, just perfect. This place is idyllic, quiet and very relaxing. Love the pond and all the ducks. In the late afternoon the ducks all head off to bed, so comical to watch them. Slept really well, beds were comfy with crisp cotton sheets. Soft towels are provided. Well equipped kitchen. What is there to fault? Absolutely nothing, we have had the best time and Katrina and Martin fabulous hosts Thank you for such an amazing chill out time.

   Excellent location for peace and quiet. Owner made us feel welcome and was proactive as he even fixed a shower hose which we were unaware had an issues. Rooms were clean and tidy and of good standard . We loved the ducks and the surroundings. Highly recommend

   Had a brilliant stay from Monday to Friday. Loved it . Situated down a farm track , bit difficult with a low car , but managed it scenery wonderful. Owner Martin was very helpful and friendly and provided us with idea s where to go. Large , clean cottage , comfy bed and all facilities needed. The running ducks , guinea fowl , horses and ordinary ducks , a joy to watch . Thoroughly recommend this glorious quiet sanctuary.

   Please don’t visit here. We had a lovely time at first but unfortunately my 10 month old daughter had an unexpected seizure and needed to be sent to the hospital. We asked the owner if it was okay to leave the dogs in the cottage given the circumstances to which they agreed it was fine. However, upon leaving today the owner told us that we made the seizure up and actually attended the wedding (the reason for our holiday.) We had apparently caused too much disturbance leaving the dogs whilst my daughter was having a seizure and having tests for meningitis.

   Wonderful rural location close to wild beaches and great pub restaurants- The Brittania in Lanmadoc is a must!. Walk through the dunes to Broughton and arrive on an empty beach with the famous worms head in full view to the east. Great hosts and excellent accommodation.
