Very shocked that Jewson would deliver down my private fragile lane to drop off loads over a fence to a home without authority to do so ! This is not acceptable
I had a wonderful experience with sue from kitchen and bedroom! Highly recommend. The service was exceptional! I couldn’t be happier. Sue spent lots of her time helping me with my project. Looking for a kitchen avoid this place, lazy woman couldn't be bothered with our questions because we think we interrupted her lunch, only want trade not retail, we have an amazing kitchen and will never enter jewson anywhere again.

Went in today 22nd Dec 2022 , found the staff helpfull , friendly and knowledgeable , the novipro drain set products worked well and fixed our blocked drain problem , reasonably priced too .
Been hiring various kit off jewson shrewsbury to do my drive. Mini digger, mixer, brick saw. Have to say the service has been fantastic. I am currently undergoing a major renovation project in Shrewsbury. Having previously used Jewson, i thought i would return. I tried to make contact with the young lad at the counter and was basically ignored for nearly 10 minutes. It was infuriating. The business was saved by his college (very tall man) and he was doing his upmost to answer the phone and serve multiple customers at the counter. Whilst the other chap ignored everyone and continued to play on his phone. Luckily the taller chap provided relevant information and pricing and also introduced me to Steve their Kitchen designer. Who was also pleasant and helpful. Please note. This one star review is based on one very bad apple. If it wasn't for the hard work of the other staff, i would of walked back out of the door and never returned.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, great stock holding, great tool hire, fantastic showroom with very competitive prices. Overall I would recommend this branch for everyone, no matter what your project!
