As always nothing is too much trouble for Ali and her team at toolstation shrewsbury. Always helpful, always pleasant. As a frequent customer it's a pleasure to shop there. As other reviews have mentioned, very rude Eastern European lady running the store. Collected an order and firstly it looked used, worn label and no packaging, then realised it was not the size I ordered. Immediately went back into the store to say that the item was wrong, but the lady pretty much made out that she was not wrong and didn’t offer any resolution. Even with the tape measure proving it was the wrong item, and then managing to see the worn label which showed the sizing, she still did not offer an apology. I asked for the correct item to be delivered to me to save the 40 mile round trip, but she refused to do this and said there would be a delivery charge. No customer service or willingness to help. Whilst waiting at the counter I went on the Toolstation app, and it offered FREE next day delivery anyway. No idea why she couldn’t do this for me from the store or at least told me to order via the app. I asked for a refund, and again without any apology or communication she printed off the refund proof and pretty much threw it at me. I’ve got nothing against Toolstation, but this lady needs some training if she is going to be customer facing, if not, leave her to mop the floors and clean the toilets.
What I wanted was out of stock, but the young man was very helpful, and there will be stock in tomorrow.

Was about to purchase a 30m Hozelock garden hosepipe from Dobbies Garden Centre Shrewsbury for £49.99 (which was reduced)... Quick Google and 10 minutes later collected same product from Toolstation for £21.98!
As alway, polite, friendly and efficient. Next working day collection was available early in morning, email notice and reminder of order number and collected complete order later. Quality top brand products at trade prices.
Great service received at Toolstation Shrewsbury. Product I needed was out of stock and not available to order, however John assured me that he would be able to get what I needed from another store within a couple of days. True to his word the product was sourced and I was one very happy customer. Thank you John you are a credit to the company.
