In need of some quite old curtain track Brackets yesterday we tried a couple of DIY shops with no luck , then I thought of Abbey hardware. So called in and guess what they had a packet of 5 brackets for £3.25 . Superb !!!! Need to keep these type of places going . Charlie Wilde ( A very happy Customer)
Regret that we used this company recently via eBay, item arrived in inadequate packaging also item was defective, Returned for full refund which was received after going through eBay and launching a case which was easy enough and straightforward however when it comes to leaving feedback honestly and truthfully as we did the seller then replied and proceeded to blatantly lie about what we had put on our feedback even though we have photographic evidence to back it up, therefore I would not recommend nor will I be using this business again

Abbey Hardware is a fantastic Hardware shop just outside Abbey Church Towards Abbey Foregate they sell anything from Drills and so on... Would highly recommend visiting this location as ticks all the boxes as a Hardware/DIY Store A* Service Thank you

Tuesday 23rd November 2021: What a great proper hardware shop, found what I needed for our narrowboat! The lady proprietor was so welcoming, friendly and ever so helpful. Not many of these gems left and I will always support "local" instead of online shopping! Thank you for your help and knowledge..a full 10/10 score. Your hardware shop is a fantastic place and could of spent all day there just browsing...
If you are using dewalt Power tools, if you need to expand, upgrade or add on to anything dewalt I recommend going here. Best prices I can find, beating the Internet most of the time. Any problems they will help you sort it out within warranty period. Also have a eBay shop called abbey power. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Bought a router from their eBay store which was well priced and delivered very quickly. The router had a minor problem on delivery (not the shops fault, the router came in a sealed box so it must've been like that when delivered to them). I explained this and Abbey Hardware were really helpful and have arranged for the manufacturer to send out a spare part for the bit that has cracked. Would happily use again/recommend.
