Large supermarket with lots of different choice goods from food shopping to household goods, helpful and friendly staff.
The worst most awful convenience store EVER! Not convenient in any way shape or form. Staff are awol & the staff that are there are away with the fairies. I tell myself never again & the desperation makes me go in & every single time I am waiting forever for assistance with the self checkout & it leaves me infuriated every single time!!!!!!!
The nicest staff- I often visit the store multiple times a week to buy a costa before commuting to work and they all make the effort to have the machine good to go as soon as the store opens. The store is always clean and easy to navigate and the managers seem really friendly.
Came here with my friends, lady with a pink neon uniform and a skin fade intimated us into buying things, she watched every step we made. Made me and my friends feel like a criminal. My Asian friend felt intimidating and scared due to her squinting at him. He felt like it was a racial threat. Wouldn’t recommend.
Well laid out. Friendly and helpful staff. Doesn't always have what one needs to find/buy due to gaps in the product shelves, which is always the case with most market shops. Dropped a star due to verbal attack by one checkout female person.
Staff are great . However they have a rude and Obtuse manager who looks like she works in a biker bar . Very un sainsbury like
Was great until I was run-over (by wheelchair) by a young man with shaved hair in a wheelchair. If you see this public nuisance report him with immediate effect.
Ive always had a great experience at this Sainsbury’s. The staff are so chatty and helpful. The store manager seems particularly friendly and always happy to chat! I love this Sainsbury’s! ♥️
Had a rather unpleasent experience with a matronly checkout woman who was quite brutish in her demeanor. I was expecting a rather more sophisticated teller than that which I experienced given the J Sainsbury usual high standard. Suited more readily to a prison ward at the service of HRH, I would kindly request that this unfortunate lump be restricted to warehouse duties only.
The customer service was shocking and I could not believe such a rude service from sainsbury. At 12:10 on the same day of review ( I won't mention name) I was waiting for an employee to confirm my age for energy drink. There was only one on tills. I waited and waited as I saw employee on till serving customer and when customer was entering his card details I asked" excuse me, can you help me please" the reply was " you have to wait" that's it. Employee was free but didn't bother to call anyone for help and after a minute a button was pressed for help. The employee didn't press button right way for some reasons I don't know but after some time it did. In few seconds a manger arrived and helped me. I would have given 5 stars if the employee didn't replay with arrogance and called help on time. It only deserves 5 stars for manager response.
