   Every time I go into this Morrisons, the staff have no customer communication and walk around miserable all the time. This isn’t just one member of staff, it’s everyone I see when I go in. Very poor customer service.

   A convenience store providing valuable service to the local community. Staff have always been most helpful and do their best in sometimes difficult circumstances. The Post Office can cause hold-ups but that is not the fault of Morrisons staff. I complained strongly to the Post Office powers that be when they abandoned the old PO counter and made it a single position on the normal counter but I was simply told the PO had made a decision and was not interested in my complaints. All-in-all this is a very good local store and we would be lost without it.

   There is a man called Anthony who works at this shop who is just plain and simply exceptionally rude. He has been rude to my wife and I on several separate occasions. So much so I would happily avoid using the shop if it weren’t so convenient. If you ask him to use Post Office services he invariably makes a rude or sarcastic comment towards you and behaves like he is doing you a favour rather than doing his job in providing a service. I personally find him abhorrent and one of the worst customer service providers I have ever come across. He either wants retraining or needs to choose a more suitable vocation which is not customer facing.

   OMG I felt as though I didn't exist. I queued to pay whilst staff stacked the shelves and felt like I'd interrupted their work when i was paying. All I wanted to do was give them money in return for goods. Isn't that the point of a shop.!!!!

   Went in there for one item and waited behind 3 customers with items to pay for. Chap at the counter being served by male member of staff then asked about some prices for a postal item. Staff took him to the po voucher and then started discussing all kinds of methods to post his item. One other member of staff was filling up coffee machine. When she finished she looked at us in the queue and went to the staffroom. Chap behind the counter didn't call fo assistance to see to the 3 of us waiting. After 5 minutes of this totally ignorant behaviour I threw my item on to a display and walked out of this shop. All the staff have to do in this shop is take money off people that contributes to their wages. It isn't difficult. I shall never go to this store again. Pathetic.

   Anthony and Carol and Tracy have an absolutely horrendous attitude with customers I would never like to go there again and they said “why do you need a bag can’t you just carry it” this is horrendous never ever go there

   Just been in this evening to use the post office counter. I have never experienced such an incredibly rude staff member in any shop before! I’ve made a complaint to the Morrison’s website / head office / HR because this lady clearly needs some customer service training or perhaps reallocating to a non customer facing role.
