As usual Sukie and Juliet were well looked after. They were there for 10 days, longer than normal, as I was moving from Diss to Essex. I would highly recommend Lime Tree. I hope I can find a cattery in Essex that treats the cats so well in the future.
Great people, amazing facilities and most of all, genuinely cared for our cat. Fully recommend. You can leave your pet here with complete piece of mind.
Went for a visit to see the facilities and was blown away by how amazing they are. Everything is double glazed and kept to a good temperature, clean, spacious and airy. The owners are lovely and happy to answer any questions you have. You have to supply your cats food but that's not an issue as it keeps them on the same food so no upset tummies. Although there is no access to an outside space the inside is definitely the best I have seen and is more than adequate. I haven't placed my cat in here yet but she's due a holiday with them in May and I have no qualms with putting her here based on what I have seen.
Our 3 fur babies have just enjoyed a two week stay over Christmas and New Year with Hayley & Darren at Lime Tree Cattery. I can’t thank you enough for the kindness and caring nature you have shown our cats. But ultimately knowing we can go away and ensure our cats are safe and loved as much as they are at home. I chose for them to stay here after reading the numerous positive reviews. Every one was correct and so I can absolutely say the same. Lime Tree Cattery is wonderful. You couldn’t choose a more wonderful place with the most kind and lovely owners. We shall definitely recommend you to everyone and our fur babies will be back when we next need them to have a stay. Wow, what a fabulous cattery, from the minute we met Hayley and her husband we were happy to entrust them with the care of our elderly Moggie. She had a fabulous time, loved the individually heated pen, regular bushings and the view out the window. She has been an outdoor cat for most of her life, enjoying outdoor pens at our previous cattery in France, so we were worried about taking her somewhere new, but Lime Tree offers space, lots of toys, steps for elderly cats, their own food regime and is spotlessly clean. Attention to detail exceptional.
We have been cat owners for a long time and have used a number of catteries, but Lime Tree is probably the best we have seen. The accommodation is bright, spacious and immaculately clean with a range of sleeping places, beds etc. Both of our cats settled really quickly and we're very well cared for by Hayley and her husband. Would recommend to other cat owners without any hesitation and will use them again.
Wonderful cattery. Hayley and Darren both friendly and caring. The housing for the cats are new and immaculate. Lots of toys to keep them amused and a good size. I can only talk about my cat - he has never lost weight, is never stressed when I pick him up and is his usual self when we get home cuddly and purring. Highly recommend.
We just collected our cat from his first stay at Lime Tree Cattery and it’s safe to say, he would’ve happily stayed longer! Everyone is so kind and caring, you can tell they are all real cat lovers! Hailey let us do a one night trial prior to his two week stay which put both our cat and ourselves at ease. While we were away, we received regular updates with pictures and Hailey was absolutely amazing weaning him onto a different kibble due to his food being recalled (we brought his own breed specific food but they offer a range of brands). We were able to relax and enjoy our time away knowing he was in great hands! Would highly recommend Lime Tree Cattery and I know our little one can’t wait to go back!
