   Car park hard to find. Must register registration to not get a ticket. After certain hours they lock the front door so you have to ring door bell and wait to be let into building. Requested a double/queen bed and it was two beds pushed together with two seperate duvets. Bathroom was nice though and the room was small but clean

   The room was pretty average. We hadn't got a remote for the TV, spoons to make tea or coffee, so had to get the guy on reception to go find those for us. The duvet was too narrow for the bed, which was two singles out together, so we both ended up near the join in the middle, so with the one small pillow each, wasn't the most comfortable. There was no ventilation, or extraction fan in the bathroom, so after a few minutes in there it was like a steam room. The worst but was one bath towel, which we only noticed the following morning when my partner was just about to get in the shower, was covered in gross looking marks, so clearly hadn't been cleaned properly! It was quite noisy there late on too.......you seemed to be able to hear everything, so with the bed issues, not the best nights sleep! Plus side, both the evening & morning receptionists were friendly & helpful, but, we won't be back!

   Is rubbish . Noisy heaters in freezing rooms . Cleaners out on maintenance and DIY on Saturday 8 am. Poor service at bar . Over dry over cooked chicken . Horrible dinner . I advise alternative option . Couldn’t sleep

   Helpful & friendly staff, specially lovely Danika that helped us with language issues (spanish) and explained all that we need! Cheers for her. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, correct meals, and some games & relax on hotel hall. Silence rooms. See you soon, on the next trip to uk!

   The room was a little dated, no USB charging points and the coffee making facilities were minimal, just two teabags, 4 coffee sachets and 4 milk. The staff were excellent and very friendly. I'd recommend staying here at the quiet hotel with the little bar for refreshments with friends.

   Day time staffs were friendly but Night time staff manager was very rude. During my stay on arrival I requested an ironing board but was told none available but will arrange one ASAP. I ended up using a broken ironing board. Also the Bar does not accept cash which is crazy. I was told on arrival drinks available at bar until 11.45pm thereafter you can order but need to take it to your room. Drinks were refused. The overall communication between day and night staff is not consistent. I would not recommend staying there to any friends or family

   Enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Only reason for giving 3 stars for location is because we don't drive so it was difficult to get anywhere. Would recommend this hotel for anybody visiting the area.

   A nice close but not too far hotel from Santa Pod Raceway. I thought it was very reasonable for the price paid. It had a decent shower, that got plenty hot for my liking, and the bed was plenty comfy as well. If I was being extremely picky, they are on the smaller side if 2 of you are in the same room. But it is rather cosy!

   We stayed here two years ago for two nights and had a quiet restful night with no problems. Went to book this year and after reading the reviews regarding noise and cold showers, we were unsure whether to stay again. We booked for two nights. Staff were very welcoming. We stayed on the 1st floor this time round room 124. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Had two really good nights sleep. Extra pillow in room if required. No bath but shower lovely and it was hot. We found no problems and will be staying again next year for our annual Xmas meet up with friends. Thanks to the hard working staff for making our stay perfect.

   Fairly standard good value Ibis in a convenient location. Rooms are a little dated and tired in places but well equipped for the cost. No issues with cleanliness noted. Bed was comfortable and slept well. Room was quite warm but there was a fan which helped. Had some difficulty checking in but the manager resolved the issue. Lots of free parking available. There is a bar as well but the draught taps were out. There is also a pub nearby but it closes fairly early. Would recommend if you need somewhere to sleep in a convenient location.
