   Very standard holiday inn, in terms of facilities exactly what you expect. The staff are so friendly and lovely, it really made my stay. I’ve interacted with multiple people working for the hotel and it’s nothing like your standard hotel chains, everyone made us feel very welcome, and I really just wanted to say thank you to the staff at the Northampton Holiday Inn, you all deserve a bonus! :)

   I had stayed here in the past and I decided to stay again as I had an enjoyable time. The rooms are a good size and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable and it has nice linen. I am writing this on the morning of my departure and I had the best sleep that I've had in weeks. There is a good bar in the reception area and food is available. There is also another restaurant on site which also serves good food. Breakfast is also very good with lots of choices. The staff are so nice, friendly, helpful and professional Thank you to Katie for looking after me at check-in and helping me as I was so tired after travelling so far. The hotel is right next to the M1 at junction 15 and is only a few minutes drive from Northampton town centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

   Stopped here during a road trip, and it was very good for the price (paid with IHG points). The rooms are clean and comfortable, the shower water gets hot, and there are plenty of outlets. The rooms lose a point for the fire alarm blinking every 20 seconds which makes it difficult to get to sleep. Breakfast was extensive and included with the cost of the room. 4 ev fast chargers are supplied in the parking lot.

   We had a great stay. Rooms were clean and overall it was as expected. What was even better was Claude's service at reception. He is very helpful, serves with a smile and is an asset to your hotel. Thank you Holiday Inn and thank you Claude!

   For an affordable and stress free stop on a long journey, this hotel is really all you need. We received a friendly welcome from Claude, the room was comfortable and clean, with nice Dove toiletries, and breakfast in the morning was tasty and included in the room rate. Parking was free and we didn't notice any motorway noise.

   Hotel looks great and the public area are spacious enough for a family quick and easy trip. Room size is also great and can easily accommodate a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 children. The breakfast is average and is expected of a typical Holiday Inn Express. Free car park help. The location is a bit far from central and the junction in/out of the hotel is a bit awkward if you're not familiar with the area. Amenities are ok again typical of a HIE, the bed however are very soft and uncomfortable, especially the sofa bed. For that reason alone I'll vote for Premier Inn at least I'm guaranteed a good night sleep.

   I arrived a little bit late that day, but reception kept me and my wife out of the door, until they check our booking details, and it was -1 degree centigrade. We stand out side in the cold wind for 5 minutes. After we came in , the check in process took out nearly 10 minutes, just because an old staff was teaching a new staff. How can you do this to your customers? Teaching when check in? You can definitely have class before staff working here, instead kept customers waiting.

   We were greeted by Alfie at Reception, and what a lovely friendly young man. he was Polite, engaging and informative, The room was Spacious but the bathroom was a little on the smaller side. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful Definately a great place to stay.

   Very helpful check in and lots of people around to help. Areas were all spotless and well kept. Lots of seating and all in good order. Breakfast I don’t usually bother with but it was all very good and hot. Areas were kept tidy by a busy server and lots of space to sit. Rooms standard functional and lift access to 3 floors. Car parking free to use and a Harvester across the car park.

   Nice hotel, handily positioned in the centre of the country for a break in a long journey. The room was exactly what you'd expect - good size, clean and comfortable, quiet. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
