   I had a wonderful experience staying at the Hilton Hotel Northampton. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. I would especially like to highlight Andreea S, who truly made our stay exceptional. She was absolutely amazing , incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Andreea went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her professionalism and warm attitude really stood out. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. Her positive energy, attention to detail, and helpful nature are a real credit to the Hilton brand.

   ★★★★★ Outstanding service – the team make this hotel I’ve stayed at the Hilton Northampton a number of times now, and it has quickly become my first choice whenever I’m in the area. While the location is excellent (very convenient just off Junction 15 of the M1), what truly sets this hotel apart is the team. Every department consistently delivers a warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming experience — from housekeeping, to the bar staff, to an outstanding reception team. On this visit in particular, Nicha went above and beyond to help accommodate a request and made the whole experience feel effortless. That level of care and attention is rare and really appreciated. Across all of my stays, I’ve not had a single issue. The one time I did need to raise something regarding my room, it was handled quickly and professionally and resolved in under 30 minutes. That responsiveness and ownership says a lot about how well the hotel is run. I can’t praise the staff highly enough, and I would wholeheartedly recommend the Hilton Northampton to anyone needing to stay in the Northampton area. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

   What a wonderful hotel with such lovely staff at the front desk. Vicki and Andreea B were so professional, polite and courteous. And especially with my 8 year old daughter, they went above and beyond. As a long-time and loyal Hilton Honors member, I was truly humbled by their care and genuine nature. Will definitely be returning. Thank you, especially to Vicki and Andreea.

   As always Hilton was fab. What really stood out about this location was the staff, don't get me wrong they're always lovely. We had our 2 yr old with us, when checking in the ladies at reception moved our room to the ground floor as lifts were being serviced when we came. So thoughtful, saved us a lot of trouble. They offered lego, crayons to colour with, and wordsearch for little one. Breakfast the team were attentive, again they saw little one and asked if we would like children cutlery and brought it out. Another staff member came over and let us know they could do waffles or pancakes for little one. We went with pancakes and he loved it! Same staff member (I'm cross with myself that I didn't get her name) when we getting ready to leave asked 'will we be seeing you for breakfast tomorrow?' We were just there for the night, she asked if we had plans for the day, my husband was taking our little one to a kids play whilst I had to go to work. Which she gave some solid recommendations on, glad she did because the place she'd said had been amazing. We were at Hilton in Bath earlier this year, this extra care from the staff didn't happen there. Again please don't misunderstand they had been lovely. But this level of care is what made my husband and I say we won't be bothering with any other hotel when we visit Northampton now. I know...long winded. But this family of 3 was very grateful and I truly wanted to convery that. Thank you!

   Love these signs that act as a timely reminder for guests to be quiet in the corridors as so many seem to forget they are walking past people’s bedrooms. Staff here are always excellent, really friendly and attentive. Had pre-arrival text asking if there was anything I needed and they answered my queries promptly. Rooms are good, quiet and not too hot (something I hate personally). The food is great and loads of choice - I take room service. This is a really decent hotel for business travellers. Slept very well indeed.

   Clean and spacious rooms with lots of good quality amenities in the rooms, lovely customer service from the staff. Such a wide variety of food served for breakfast, from full English to continental at a reasonable price. Highly recommended this hotel.

   Check in was nice and easy , had a very beautiful spacious clean room. Beds & pillows were so soft giving me a great night sleep. Staff were very friendly and polite - food was great! Would definitely be coming back!

   Easy to get to straight off the motorway when coming down from the north east. Greeted to a nice building and parking was fine which you do get charged £5. Staff are friendly from the reception to the restaurant. Double room was nice and big with two double beds and a couch. Bathroom nice and clean. Dinner had a decent menu went with the steak which was fine. Slept really well as the beds were nice and comfy and being on the first floor didn’t hear any noises from other guests. As always the Hilton breakfast always delivers and was nice to see poach eggs out and not having to ask the chief to make some so that was a bonus. Overall would come back again.

   On entering the hotel looks impressive but unfortunately the bedroom decoration and furniture needs modernising. Additionally, there was no air conditioning in the rooms. The staff were very helpful and the issue we had with the room they assigned us was quickly rectified. There was a good choice of food available for lunch and the amount of different items available for breakfast was amazing which would suit different adults and kids alike.
