Very well organised venue. Clean, tidy, staff very helpful and friendly. Sports hall in very good condition. Cafe at the first floor is very nice and mini badminton museum absolutely amazing.

There are barely any machines in the gym extremely expensive at 50 pounds and very crowded, one of the staff was rude and unreasonable. Do not recommend, cancelled my gym membership

A hidden gem for tourists busting Bletchley Park or Silverstone. Excellent gyms and many classes you can take are included in your rare. English breakfast included as well. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Large lounge for doing work and an overlook of the badminton courts. Lots of walking paths, including about a 15 minute walk from the MK train station. Highly recommend. The only downside is no air conditioning if there happens to be a heat wave.

NBC is one of those off-beat stay overs. Big comfortable beds, great showers, quiet location, free on-site parking & about 15 mins from Central MK railway (40 mins into London). Breakfast is simple and self serve. Staff are incredibly helpful. Highly recommended.

We play regularly on Sundays at 8am, group of 10-12. We couldn't come inside the courts till exactly 8am. The staff would not turn the lights on even though we requested them multiple times saying we require minimum 5 minutes to change our shoes and warm up. Totally unacceptable. How is it fair for those who play at 9am-10am to come inside the courts area and sit on the bench making noise whilst we are trying to play our game??? Shouldn't they be told to wait outside too??? Why is it one rule for us and another rule for the others??? Also from a health and safety point of view is it safe for 20 or so people to wait in the hallway???

I love this gym. The membership fee is decent and all the classes are included. It's rarely busy at the times that I go ( early AM) so I don't have to wait to use the equipment. The Hit studio is great and I particularly recommend the yoga classes. I don't do them but the spin classes are very popular and you must book your space early. Another bonus is staff and most guests take the sanitation of the equipment seriously with antibacterial spray used before and after every piece of equipment is used. If you are looking for a high octane gym with loud music and grunts this is not for you. If you want a friendly environment with a good level of equipment and classes it is.

Used the disabled facilities room this time, as hubby has mobility problems. Great for us both....and all the staff were lovely. Visited during 'big freeze' and room was toasty. Thankyou

Arrived 2pm to wait for an hour for room...had I realised it was cashless I would never of booked...I pay cash everywhere and to pay for a coffee on my card is inconvenience and silly when I had the right money...Food wasn't nice, had a sandwich whilst waiting for room to be ready. All I tasted was marg, coffee weak... Got to our room, basic but nice, bed comfy..breakfast wasn't nice though...all in all not the best place to stay

Room was exactly as expected and bed was comfortable. Reception staff very friendly. However the breakfast…..food itself was a little cold just like the greeting. My wife was very polite and said good morning to the women that was there. As she looked at my wife and completely blanked her we thought she probably didn’t work there. Turned out she did when she appeared behind the counter. I made the fatal mistake of asking if there was any fried eggs. And had my head bitten off for it as the women promptly told me no we don’t before i had chance to finish. My wife asked politely where the hot water for the tea was. No response, and shoved the kettle at her. As we were sat down wondering what we had done wrong. A very polite lady walked in, made a coffee and as she left said, have a lovely day…..again zero response from this women. We always say thanks when we leave. But we were afraid of getting our head bitten off. Id understand if the women was undergoing some kid of personal stress. But there really is no need to treat people like that. If it wasn’t for everything else being fine, this women would of earned a 1 star I’m afraid.
