Splendid visit, stayed in the Gypsy Caravan, out of the way and very peaceful and cozy. The dogs and Llamas are very friendly. Got some wonderful photos.

Just had a two night stay in the gypsy caravan, so tranquil and relaxing, cooking on the campfire, a three hour llama treck hosted by Sarah who is very knowledgeable and helpful, this was our third stay at Catanger and will definitely be booking again for next year.

Sarah was a wonderful host and the llamas were adorable. The setting is idyllic and super safe. The animals are really child-friendly and the walk is perfect through the forest. My llama was very sweet-natured and it's just a lovely place. Perfect for children, groups and adults!

Sarah the host was amazing, lots to do here including trekking with llamas but also great options to stay in a hut or a Romany traveller unit. All with proper sanitation and lots of woods/pond to explore. Open fires and just a really great place. Can learn a lot about llamas and get souvenirs of trip. Easy to find, lots of parking. A real good experience, well looked after. Outdoors in nature, looking after an animal and some moderate exercise is a great way to spend some time. 5*****

Lots of fun! The llamas are friendly and well behaved and the owners took very good care of us.

A wonderful excursion for the whole family. Abbie is an excellent guide - knowledgeable, helpful and humorous. There’s a lot more to walking a llama than just walking alongside with a lead!! Recommended.

First time trekking with llamas although I have seen them in the antiplanos of Chile. I learnt a lot about them and was given Emoji who was a delightful, soft, gentle companion and certainly made me smile. After the trekking we saw the mums and crias and again learnt a lot about the whole mating, pregnancy and birth. Thank you Abbie and Ryan for a wonderful experience. Looking forward to doing it again.

Had a lovely evening in the Shepherds hut. Mary provides everything you could need even down to oil to cook with. We had a lovely time having a BBQ followed by adding wood from the forest spend extra time sat outside. The llama walk the following morning with Sarah was equally amazing. Highly recommended

This is an amazing place to getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. You can go hiking, you can take a llama for a walk or you can sit and watch the sun rise or sunset, or simply camp out in front of the fire pit. You'll even have visits from there most loveliest 3 dogs, Huey, Flora or Enzo. I'll definitely be back but be sure to give it a try!
