Kaitlyn was great in helping me find all the things I was looking for, with lots of knowledge to inform my purchases, making the experience both quicker and easier. Also, they have a wide range of products at a reasonable price.

I decided to nip into Holland & Barrett to get some Manuka Honey today and was quite shocked that they have empty bottles on the shelves, I mean, is shop lifting THAT bad these days??? Showed my Blue Light card and then had to prove via a photo ID that it was me!!!! Is everyone treated like a dishonest customer?
Very poor customer service, staff seemed more interested in chatting to each other rather than providing customer service. It seemed we were in the way by being in the store. Needs a good shake up and retraining.
Hi dear public i place an order 23rd Feb and paid for next day delivery!! It arrived today 26th Feb not a happy customer. Email three times and call the office all day on Tuesday 25th Feb with no reply not very good customer service. I have ask for my money back for postage but nobody will reply. So dont bother to place an order with this company.
The slowest staff you will ever come across. I don't understand how they don't acknowledge how slow they are. It will take about 5 minutes just to buy a single item. I come in here most days of the week and it's the same every day, regardless of how many people there are on the tills or how busy it it. In addition to this everything is MASSIVELY overpriced. I would highly recommend to get anything health/gym related on amazon. DO NOT COME TO THIS STUPD SHOP!!
It was fine, just like all the other Holland & Barrett stores. There's no reason to particularly choose to come to this store over any other health food/products store, except that they often have decent price promotions. Service is unexceptional, store layout is logical but uninspiring, and range of products is ok.
Really interesting products (healthy snacks, natural ingredients, vitamins and more) that you can't find anywhere else. It may be a little bit pricy but the quality is really good. Staff's service can be faster, though.
