   Very friendly and helpful staff. Whenever i have a new prescription it’s always followed up by a telephone call from the pharmacist enquiring if I’m having any problems or have I any questions. A totally professional establishment that puts the patient first. A huge thank you to everyone.

   I've been hesitating about posting this review as I generally like this pharmacy - most of the staff are friendly, it's kept very clean, and they have a decent range of products on shop floor. However I'm loathed to give this review 5 stars as there is one major gripe I have, and it's to do with the attitude of one pharmacist in particular. I'm unsure of her name (I want to say Donna, but I'm not completely sure) but I've been served by her almost every time I've come in specifically to pick up a repeat prescription. Whenever I'm being served by her I'm made to feel as if I'm being a burden or wasting her time - her speech is very curt even though I've seen her casually chatting with other customers, she almost always has a disinterested or annoyed look on her face, and the only variable I can think of is age (I'm in my mid-late 20s, and the people she tends to act more friendly towards look to be in their 40s or older). I'm not deluded enough to think that anyone who works behind a counter needs to treat every customer as if they're the most important person in the world, and I'm not even particularly bothered about making small talk, but her stark shift in attitude without any apparent reason is a bit perplexing and very upsetting.

   Disgraceful service by a very rude pharmacist. Have used this place a few times and have always been happy. However when going in today looking for Malaria tablets for holiday, partner was actually made to feel bad on how much work it would be to order them in as none in stock. Partner as actually recommended to go all the way to Super Drug in Wellinborough and come back if they didn't have any. As if we dont have better things to do on our day off. Disgraceful, abrupt and rude service, will steer clear in future I think. Will take pur business to Super drug as requested by the store itself.
