Prescription in on the Monday Friday Lunchtime still not ready. This Pharmacy is very often closed and there seems to be no system more than 4 items its sent away to be dispensed! As they carnt cope. Needs a good shake up.

Today I found out that a prescription I'd ordered a week ago wasn't coming. I contacted Lloyds at Higham and was told exactly what I needed to do. I followed the instructions and when I confirmed the prescription would be available to Lloyds I called them straight back, to be told 'that will be ready for you in fifteen minutes. Having started the day without some of my medication, I now have all of it.
The staff have turned this pharmacy around. Always very friendly and knowledgeable with advice they are giving. I think they get a tough time due to the inefficiency of the doctors. They always try to sort issues out in a very professional manner. Would highly recommend them.
