Great service. Went for a flu jab, they were quick, but still had time to answer questions etc. Lovely service.

Polite and friendly staff. Original flu jab couldn’t happen that day but they didn’t contact me to tell me.

Wells pharmacy is a 'Pharmacy First' just down the road. The pharmacist was very busy so it took a couple of call ins (rather than wait) to see him. Very worth while visit, professional and friendly.

Absolutely appalling experience. Booked in for a flu jab and had a few things to pick up. After standing in line for 20 minutes—which, in fairness, I could tolerate because, flu season and all—I was finally faced with the horror show that was this pharmacy. The place looked like someone had dropped a tornado in the middle of a car boot sale. Dust and grime coated the shelves, and products were arranged with all the finesse of a blindfolded toddler on a sugar high. 1 of each product, seemingly randomly placed. And that was just the shop floor. Behind the counter, I got a glimpse of what can only be described as a pharmaceutical war zone. Prescriptions flying about, baskets were overflowing; it looked like some sort of mad scientist’s lab. Honestly, it was a miracle that I only waited 20 minutes given the state of the place. When I finally reached the front, I was promptly informed they couldn’t do my flu jab because the other pharmacist wasn't there. Why they allowed me to book the appointment, or didn’t call to cancel, I’ll never know—perhaps the phone was lost under the mountain of prescriptions. I walked out flu jab–free, but with a deep sense of gratitude I didn’t have to get vaccinated in what felt like a makeshift war triage center. I fear I may have left with something much worse than the flu if I allowed them to jab me...

I had to wait in a queue for 30 minutes simply to pick up a prescription, the poor older man in front had also waited 30 minutes only to be told his prescription wasn’t ready so he had to go back an hour later. Whilst I appreciate they are short staffed it’s not really acceptable to have to wait 30 minutes. I am now changing where I pick up my prescription, this chemist urgently requires more staff, the staff that are there are doing their best, it’s not their fault.

Had to drop off a Randox PCR test here and the jokers were closed for an hour in the middle of the day. It didn't state on the Randox website that this pharmacy just closes when they feel like it and might not be open when you arrive. Bunch of part timers.

This is my local chemist and has been for years.I use the on line ordering via my Doctors ,prescriptions should be sent and prepared and then be ready for collection. On the last two occasions we have been in to collect ,staff check the hand held and told us the prescription is not ready, however have received automated messages that they are.Staff are not checking shelves if 'computer says no' apparently there is no need as the handheld is accurate sorry to say for me the hand held has been 100% inaccurate!! We have then had to go back to collect the prescription. Will look at moving my prescriptions to another chemist . Advice ,if the hand held says no get the staff to double check!!! Following a visit to the pharmacy today to collect a prescription,as well as the medication being ready and the person on the counter being really nice ,the help and advice we received from Sarah the pharmacist was excellent ,she took time out to go through the medication with us and explained it in a way that was easily understood. Based on this most recent experience ,it is now 5 stars!!

Discusting customer service. I phoned to see if my prescription had been sent over from the doctors, they told me to call back after half 5. I phoned again at half 5 to be told "I'm putting you on hold for a minute I'm just on the computer" okay not a problem. Was then waiting and waiting the whole time I can hear the staff gossiping and laughing and joking the whole time which was 15 minutes by this point, so I decided to get in my car and go there.. when I arrive I have been on the phone "on hold" for 25 minutes the whole time still waiting to see if my urgent prescription is there and hearing their whole conversation with each other. When I arrive I tell the man working there of my experience and show him this I'm still on the phone waiting! I was offered no apologies and told the phone was not on, even though it was clearly on speaker on my phone! So dissapointed that I have now changed the pharmacy my prescriptions are sent to.
