   Are you kidding me? I sent you the wrong product and immediately sent you the product photos and fake label photos as requested. But you said you would check with the warehouse team and still haven't found any solution. You sent me the product with fake labels to deceive me. The person in charge of replying to emails keeps changing... Please assign a person in charge. The overall work process is very inefficient. Since you are a fraud, please refund me immediately. And why hasn't my honest product review been posted even after a few days? Are you reluctant to post because you are full of complaints? I will make a formal complaint to the UK Consumer Center about the fake labels.

   Found at the Riverside retail park. Plenty of parking which is free. This is an outdoor shop owned by jd sports. Half of it is clothing, from base layers to jacket and trousers. Footwear including walking boots and socks are available at the bottom There's currently a very small stock of kayaks. Another chunk of the shop is for outdoor living and camping. There are LOADS of sleeping bags, blow up beds, tables and chairs.... basically anything you need for camping. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Willing to give advice if you need it. Barry was exceptionally helpful in explaining how to use a compass the correct way. Worth a visit. Prices are reasonable too !

   This place is fine until something goes wrong with your product. Poor customer resolution for a coat with poor stitching quality. Will be shopping elsewhere in the future. Wouldn’t take the risk

   I wanted a pair of zip off walking trousers in my size. They did not have my size in store,but offered to send out a pair via E vri delivery service. Trousers arrived ,wrong style and wrong size Tried to get satisfaction via call centre. Poor service. Now I have to go back to store again

   Terrible customer services, I will not be buying from Ultimate Outdoors again. If I could give zero stars then I would!! I ordered 2 pairs of trousers for a trip that I was going on. I paid for next day delivery, they were never delivered. I emailed the company to ask if I could get some tracking info, I then got a one line email saying they had not been sent/delivered with no apology or reasoning for what the issue was. Without first offering to send a replacement they just issued a refund. I still wanted these trousers so when I asked for them to cancel the refund and resend the trousers I get another one line email saying that I needed to order them again. Terrible customer services, I will not be buying from Ultimate Outdoors again.

   As there are few outdoor shops around its ok. This is part of JD sports group. Effectively aimed at outdoor clothing as everyday wear, or for those once a year trips to the countryside. The selection is really just own brand (Peter storm, euro hike etc) or cheaper stuff with a few bits from the bigger reliable brands. Prices on these are high but that’s to encourage buying their own brands. Outdoor equipment (not clothing or footwear)can be a reasonable price but limited. Staff are friendly and have little knowledge about the products. Perfectly ok as a showroom to look at stuff but much cheaper elsewhere online.
