It has been so long since I had good Sashimi that I forgot how good it could be. I ordered Salmon and Maguro sashimi and both were so excellent that I didn't even stop to take photos. I was delighted. My starter, the pumpkin croquette, was also fantastic. For non sushi-lovers, there's also plenty of good food to choose from! I'll definitely be back.
A hidden gem on Huntly street. The best advice is to book your reservation online as the restaurant is small. The staff was as attentive to me as a solo person as a table for 4. The food, amazing. If I come back This will be one of my dinner stops.
The sushi was absolutely phenomenal, freshly made and great presentation. Hand delivered by the chef himself. Good wine selection and lovely sake. By far the best sushi I've had in the UK. Update: Been here 5 times now. It is by far, some of the best sushi I have had in the UK. Every time I pass by Aberdeen, this place is a must.
Amazing experience from here. We tried their Korean fried chicken, which was the right sauce on top and covered with perfectly cooked chicken inside. Also tried their beef Bulgogi, which was thin slices of beef, marinated in their sauce for 24 hours! Excellent food, friendly staff as well. We will definitely go back to try other food items from their menu ❤️
Such a great restaurant! Simple and effective, great selection of food! The only thing was that the staff doesn't tend to a specific table so the waiters kept coming back asking the same things (like would you like to order food, yes we have ordered already to your colleague) and that was a bit disruptive. But a part from this minor blip, I had lovely food in a lovely place! So thank you
Everything was so delicious. I am Korean so I missed my home foods. When I go Yorokobi I can taste my hometown foods . Plus the Japanese dishes are all great too. Fresh and healthy . I really appreciate to this restaurant for serving such a nice food. Thank you!!
Never disappoints. The food are consistently delicious and the staff are incredibly welcoming. I came here for my birthday dinner and was recommended the salmon tartar. Trust me when I say it’s so delicious, it just melts in your mouth. It was by far our favourite dish of the night! We also had the mixed tempura, beef japchae, the Aberdeen roll and the dragon roll. Everything served tasted so lovely and I would definitely recommend trying their green tea ice cream/mochi. Personally, it’s one of the best I’ve tasted. I look forward to coming in next time!
We had a mix of the dragon roll, legend roll, smoked salmon special and the beef japchae. The food was absolutely incredible, could not recommend enough! The salmon was really fresh and we had never tried eel before but the dragon roll was amazing. The japchae was really light and refreshing, my favourite dish of the night♥️ The service was spectacular and Sae was a very attentive server, he was so lovely and made sure we were properly taken care of. We would definitely recommend this place, it is by far the best restaurant in Aberdeen!!
Food was excellent. First time trying sushi and glad I waited for a proper authentic Japanese restaurant. Service was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful. Great place for sharing food like tapas
